Philagreen Hospitality Association is presenting a seminar “Managing & Budgeting for Impending Increases in Electrical & Storm Water Charges” at the Penn’s View Hotel on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 3:30.
A reception follows from 5:00-6:00. Discounted parking is available.
Speakers include Paul Miles of PECO who will discuss their new programs offering financial incentives for energy efficiency and demand reduction and Howard Neukrug of the Philadelphia Water Department who will talk about the reallocation of storm water charges effective July 2010. In addition, Shannon Keim of CM3 Building Solutions will discuss how you can pay for energy efficient upgrades without any out of pocket money, paying instead from your energy savings dollars.
