Hi All,

We are progressing along very nicely in the first 3 weeks since securing our perfect property on the corner of Prospect Ave and State Street in West Grove PA. On Wednesday June 3, we will be presenting our plans to the London Grove Board of Supervisors at 7:30 in the London Grove Township Building (372 Rose Hill Road, West Grove PA). The meeting with the Planning Commission went extremely well, and we hope this one will too. However we have not previously met with the supervisors, and the larger the audience of supporters the better, so please come support us if you can!

On Sunday June 7, we will give a public presentation of our vision and plans at West Grove Friends Meeting House. We will present the Site Concept Sketch that we recently developed with our fabulous architects, describe our timeline for development and membership, and discuss our progress. If you are brimming with questions or just want to meet future neighbors, this is the meeting to attend. We will have a Potluck at 4:30, followed by the presentation at 5:30. We are switching from our old location, so please join us at West Grove Friends Meeting, 153 E. Harmony Rd, PO Box 7, West Grove PA 19390. Please let us know if you are coming to the Potluck, the Presentation, or both by responding to this email. We’d like to get the chairs set up ahead of time. We regret that we cannot offer separate childcare at this meeting, but the younger set is always welcome to attend the presentation.
