The Keystone Home Energy Loan Program is holding 1-day trainings for contractors and remodelers to qualify to offer their clients the state subsidized low loan rates (www.KeystoneHELP.com). These one-day trainings are statewide April through June, with 8 trainings in the 5-county area, as well as Allentown, Reading & Bethlehem. The classes are open to contractors and remodelers, and interested others such as community leaders and advocates, other real estate and building professionals, and those exploring job opportunities, but the class is especially targetted for contractors able to participate in Keystone HELP with their customers.

Unless you are BPI or RESNET certified this training is required for all Keystone HELP Approved Contractors who wish to attain the status of “Trained Contractor” and be qualified to perform work under the Keystone HELP Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Whole House Improvement Loan Program.
